The National Construction Code (NCC)

The NCC has been developed to incorporate all on-site construction requirements into a single performance-based code.  

The NCC Comprises:

NCC Volume One - Containing the requirements for multi-residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings.

NCC Volume Two - Containing the requirements for residential buildings.

NCC Volume Three - Containing the plumbing and drainage requirements for all classes of buildings.
